TAPS FOR SYNCHRONIZED THREADING
- A complete range of taps.
All types of thread are covered: coarse and fine metrics pitch, American UNC thread –fine pitch, American standard thread – constant coarse, BSP Whitworth pipe thread, BSW Whitworth thread, BSPT British standard pipe taper thread, American Standard Pipe Taper thread.
The taps are made with different helices and geometries to be able to tackle the tapping of all types of materials: carbon steels, stainless steels, gray and ductile cast irons, aluminium.
High performance taps
- Taps High Performance line, characterized by the use of a new generation steel obtained with the metallurgy of powders with particularly high hardness and wear resistance (also available with refrigeration holes). The line is completed by forming taps, also available with holes.
Thanks to a patented coating used exclusively by BFT Burzoni, high wear and oxidation resistance is guaranteed; an 'after-coating' treatment allows easy scrolling of the chip.
Threading mill
- A complete proposal of solid carbide threading mills able to realize all kinds of threads.
These solid carbide threading mills can also drill and chamfer.
We also offer threading mills to use over 50 HrC, which is particularly interesting for molders.
T80 - T88
- Two lines of indexable mills for threading: T80, with a single insert and T88 with indexable inserts.
